Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. YellowHouse generally relies on those providers to process card information rather than storing complete card numbers itself.

11. Texas
Texas has the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, effective July 1, 2024. Counsel should confirm whether YellowHouse is covered at publication and implement the required notice, rights-response, data-minimization, and opt-out processes if applicable.
12. Privacy Requests
Requests may be submitted to privacy@[YOURDOMAIN].com or through a designated web form. YellowHouse may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and prevent fraud. Requests will be handled within applicable statutory deadlines.
13. Sensitive Information
YellowHouse does not intentionally request sensitive personal information through ordinary website forms unless needed for a specific service. Customers should avoid submitting sensitive information unless requested.
14. Children
The website is not directed to children under 13, and YellowHouse does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the ordinary website.
15. Marketing
